You may think you have it all figured out as a project manager, until someone else shares an experience they’ve had or method they use that changes your perspective completely. Some use waterfall, some use an Agile-like process, but at the end of the day, no matter the method, you just want to lead successful projects.
Let’s spend the day chatting about why we work the way we do, and how we might adapt our own methodologies based upon the successes of others. Be prepared for a project planning exercise that will get you thinking about DPM as a practice, and how varied our roles, approaches, and assumptions can be. Brett and Adam will open up the project management can of worms in this planning workshop, so expect lots of group conversation and debate.
